If there’s one thing I’ve learned in life
it’s that if people don’t want to stay in my life, it’s not my place to make them. It’s their choice to leave and no matter how much I love them, I’m not going to chase them down and force them to stay.
It’s not that I don’t care, it’s just that I want to see exactly who it is that cares enough. And if they don’t bother to make an effort, then that just goes to show that I mean nothing to them
